Vision & Eye Health
Free vision screenings, eyeglasses, and eye care access for underserved families across our four-state region.
Hunger Relief
Fighting food insecurity through food drives, pantry partnerships, and nutrition programs in our local communities.
Youth Empowerment
Investing in the next generation through mentorship, scholarships, leadership programs, and safe spaces to grow.
Diabetes Awareness
Screenings, education, and community outreach to reduce the impact of diabetes across our region.
Environmental Action
Protecting parks, waterways, and green spaces so our communities can thrive for generations to come.
Disaster Relief
When crisis strikes, we're among the first to respond — providing immediate aid and long-term recovery support.

Every week, members of our Lions community are out in neighborhoods across DC, Virginia, Maryland, and Delaware — conducting free vision screenings, stocking food pantries, mentoring young people, and responding when disaster strikes.
This isn't charity from a distance. This is neighbors helping neighbors, face to face, hand in hand.
