Vision & Eye Health
Sight is a gift that too many in our communities go without due to cost or access barriers. Our Lions volunteers conduct free vision screenings, distribute eyeglasses, and connect families to affordable eye care services across DC, Maryland, Delaware, and Virginia.

Hunger Relief
No one in our communities should go to bed hungry. We work alongside food banks, pantries, and community organizations to ensure that families have access to nutritious food — not just in times of crisis, but every day.

Diabetes Awareness
Diabetes affects millions of Americans, and our region is no exception. We raise awareness, provide free screenings, and connect community members to resources that help them manage or prevent diabetes and live healthier lives.

Environmental Action

Disaster Relief
